meet sarah
Hi, I'm Sarah. I've been practicing yoga for over 10 years but things changed drastically when I stopped trying to fit myself into a certain yoga box. I stopped pushing myself into postures that didn't feel right in my body & started experiencing my own body in all it's glory. The home in which I live.
Instead of seeing my yoga practice as something that must be done in a certain way, I began acknowledging my time on my mat as an opportunity to check in with myself, trust my emotions & move from a space of intuition & love. And that is what I hope to create here for you all. A place for you to navigate what you're feeling, find peace and ultimately feel at home in your own body.
